Single furnished or unfurnished room available for short or long term accommodation to a 28+ clean and considerate female professional or research student. Must have share housing experience in Australia.

Room comes with single bed, bedside table, small desk and chair, shelves, large built-in wardrobe, block out curtains, heater for winter months, awnings outside to keep sun out in summer. 2-year old clean carpet and a rug. Linen and bedding can be supplied, if needed.
Or unfurnished if preferred.

House is a homey 2BR townhouse and fully established household. I am a professional female staff at the ANU and have a cat and fish. You will need to like cats.

The fabulous Jamison Shopping Centre is 3 minutes walk, as are the bus stops. One bus to Belconnen or Civic/ANU.
During peak hours, 2 bus lines (40 and 717) service Cook to Civic/ANU with a short 15-20 minute bus ride to ANU.
Great bike tracks also down along the Lake or on road.

For stays shorter than 2 months, the rent is $200 pw, which includes elec/Wifi/water.

For longer stays, rent is paid monthly @ $782 pm (which equals $180pw) plus elec/Wifi shared equally; water included in rent
